HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER?

  •  To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)').

  • No edits can be made once the order is placed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

  • All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY.

  • DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

  • Packages are shipped via USPS First Class or priority mail depending on the weight of the order. You will be able to see the option during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package please select the priority mail option during checkout.

HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODES IN YOUR SHOP?

  • Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.​​​​

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.

  • PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME BEFORE THE PROCESSING DAYS ARE OVER ASKING FOR AN UPDATE (simply because there is no update, I am working to fulfill your order completely and with love before your due date)

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED? 

  • All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
